Deploy QuicksyServer on our server

With help from @asd and @badrihippo we have deployed the quicksy server. To confirm we have everything working, we need to test using the app.

When running the app, it fails with 'could not find server'. Testing with capdroid app, I observed no network connections are being made, so the problem is in the app configuration. Chagai and Karano is trying to fix this.
