+- A Good brochure detailing about Free Software, FSUG etc is required for public awareness. It was decided to create such a brochure. Arun will help with layout and design of brochure.

+## Website and Hugo workshop
+ 
+- There were 6 participants including 4 community members and 2 new members. We started our meeting by 4:30 PM at Museum lawn, there was a discussion on the coming Hugo workshop. In the absence of Hari Govind who is supposed to be the resource person for  the workshop, the decision was taken to complete the FSUG Tvm website as a hackathon, a part of this workshop as soon as possible.

+## Survey of Schools
+- Regarding the survey at private schools to know about the usage of free software Rakesh went to two schools and came to know that government schools were not using free softwares in labs. He found that teachers in private schools didn’t have an idea about free software, or thought it was difficult to use free software at schools.
+
+## Training and awareness
+To create an awareness among those people we should conduct training sessions and can co-ordinate this with the help of ICFOSS. 
+
+## Brochures
+We should make brouchers, catalogs, and cheat sheets with information about free softwares. 
+Rakesh is working on a brochure.
+
+## New venue in the city
+As we have sorted out the space to conduct different programs at statue, the room rented by an NGO called Sahridhaya, we plan to conduct more training programs for community members as well as public engaging different resource persons. Ashish has expressed his willingness to lead a session on Hugo.
+
+## Other points
+Arun, the new comer, who also run a start up for payroll management system for different companies in Technopark, Trivandrum wanted to know more about the free softwares that can help him in his business, softwares like GNU Khata were discussed and he wanted to know details about how to create a website for his company which was explained to him by Ashish and Rakesh.
