Edit user page

Only Admin can edit user. User name password role (if role is change to godown in charge godown list must be shown for allocation of godown) allocation of godowns in canse of godown in charge.

Add Radio Buttons for User role. (on the basis of selecting user role, only those users should be displayed in select user combo box. )
