Consignee in delivery note

It may so happen that a trader may purchase goods from a supplier based in Pune, but the goods may come from say Surat. To show this we will have to incorporate the following fields.

1. Consignor's Name, 2. Address that is street, city, State in the Delivery In Note. These fields will appear after the field of Received At.
