This merge request was around 8 months old. Also my fork was behind upstream.
For updating repo with recent minutes, I updated my fork from upstream.
But when i tried to raise a merge request, I got error saying there was a pending merge request. that why I removed it.
I have updated the july 2018 meeting minutes in a recent MR.
@niranjnn01 : I can help merge the changes in case it has something relevant in your opinion

The new file of the removed MR was a meeting minute for july 2018, which I had authored. since nobody else made the minutes for that meeting, I was the only one with the particular file.
The file was in my local repo, so It got merged along with a recent minute file. there was some conflict in the README file. I was able to resolved it.
