Another option would be meet.fsci.in (if we can get the service up before the launch).
I would be glad to use our bbb server as well (learn.sep.vc). It is not very busy most of the times. If we can schedule in advance, I don't see an issue. The server resources can sustain around 80 users in a single bbb session with 1 or 2 video streams.
@abhas awesome! Thanks, I think that should be sufficient. For pre recorded talks we can use https://videos.fsci.in I think.
So have we decieded to go forward with Deeproot's BBB servers?
@avron I think that would be sufficient for our use case here. So yes from my point of view.
