ruby-rails-i18n uploaded. Now it seems the path is clear for diaspora to move to testing in 5 days.

ruby-sidetiq uploaded with tests disabled.

Fixed #803630 and pushed to alioth.
A/I VPN worked. I was missing the tick on 'Use TCP'.

I'll work on sidetiq. diaspora is stuck on sidetiq, even if diaspora does notwork, the fix is moving away from sidetiq upstream.
By Balasankar C on 2015-12-28T06:46:09.147Z
Disable sidetiq tests for now. And check if diaspora works fine.

@balasankarc that is tagged newcomer, you want to try?
By Praveen Arimbrathodiyil on 2015-12-28T06:30:46.185Z
@balasankarc can we disable sidetiq tests? When diaspora moves away from sidetiq, we can also remove it.

@balasankarc they are discussing it already https://github.com/diaspora/diaspora/issues/6538

#793522 is fixed. Are you sure sidetiq is unmaintained? Did any core developers confirm it?
autistici vpn can be accessed over 443 (just change the config, remove 1194).
By Balasankar C on 2015-12-28T06:11:57.371Z
Can't you use https://vpn.autistici.org/?
Here, only 80 and 443 is unblocked. I tried VPN, but it wasn't getting connected for some reason. (Too lazy to dig. I usually use my Mobile 3G when I need ssh. But, today it is also over. :D)
Maintainer for #793522 is yours truly
😄
I thought Andreas Beckmann was the maintainer, coz he replied.
I think sidetiq is blocking sidekiq update for diaspora. gitlab is using siekiq-cron, may be we should suggest diaspora also to switch?
ഒറ്റക്കങ്ങ് ചെയ്താ മതി.. ഡയാസ്പുറ ഡെവലപ്പര്മാരോട് പറയാന് ഞാനില്ല.. :P . But, if sidekiq-cron does the same thing as sidetiq, I think we can use the 'unmaintained' argument.

all sidekiq security issues are fixed in 3.4.2, may be the tracker is not getting updated often.

sidekiq's security issues seems to be fixed upstream. Updating may close the issues. But, sidetiq will fail.

Informed maintainer about #793522 . If he doesn't respond, let's do a team upload.

@pravi: I've fixed ruby-rails-i18n . I will list the things I fix here. Will push to alioth them in the evening (I can't do ssh in college).

@balasankarc can you try fixing https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=794269 ? I will remove diaspora-installer dependency. Others just need normal testing migration.
