move all files created at runtime (log, pid, sockets) to /var in diaspora-common

I need some more time [need to work on excon]. @pravi , actually ruby-excon is not running all tests, I made a syntax error when i patched which led to skip the test cases.

I made some progress in device-async #8 (closed),[addicted to it] . I will start work on this issue as soon as possible !

@bhi I suggest you work on this first as this is blocking diaspora from migrating to testing. #8 (closed) is lower priority.

@bhi can you take this? You can see how we do it in gitlab and replicate the same.
