Add one more heading to contact us section

Add a heading before "Wish to contribute to the initiatitive?" which says "Wish to receive updates about the camp?"

Then add announce list with email icon, matrix, xmpp, irc and fediverse links.

And link to this section from intro paragraph "Notify me when the registration is open."
