One of the buttons at the bottom is RESET. It should be "Back". The Reset button is used for changing the data in the screen and Back button takes the user to the start of the module. In Create Customer Module the Tool Tip below the Address field is "Press .........Fax". It should be "Press Tab to shift focus to Fax field."
