Drill down in Unbilled delivery report

when user presses Enter key or double key on an unbilled dcs the entire details of that delchal should open in a dialogue ,

Added Title to the Drilldown popup. Changed properties of anchor tag so that it is visible. Also, removed dropdowns of Godown Name and Delivery Type.
